WL Wheeler Europe GmbH Founded WL Wheeler Europe GmbH設立

Founded by Chi Hsin-Yang, Wheeler Industrial Co, Ltd started with manufacturing city bikes for OEM customers. Chi Hsin-Yang 氏によって設立された Wheeler Industrial Co, Ltd は、OEM 顧客向けのシティバイクの製造からスタートしました。
