  • I saw Wheeler offers different types of bikes, can you help me to find a right one?

  • Can I buy a bike directly from Wheeler?
    We do not sell directly. All of our bikes are sold through our authorized Agents. Please contact directly with them.
  • Where do you make your bikes?
    Wheeler bikes are mainly manufactured in Taiwan. All models are designed and engineered at Wheeler's headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan. Only a minority of the models are assembled in our selected vendors in Tainan, Taiwan & Indonesia. These vendors are strictly approved by us.
  • Which size bike is the best fit for me?
    The size will be depended on your height, body type and riding style. On all Wheeler bike there is a sticker, which helps for the first selection of the frame size relating to the body heigth The best way to find out the best fit for you is to try out several bikes in person at a Wheeler dealer shop nearby your area.
  • How do you measure the frame size?
    The frame size is measured from the centre of the bottom bracket to the top of the seat tube. This measurement will be indicated in centimetres or inches depending on the models.
  • What happens if I need to service my Wheeler bike?
    Are parts difficult to replace? Wheeler Bikes are assembled mostly with branded parts. In every country, where WHEELER is present, are also the service stations of the branded parts maker. All other parts are available through the WHEELER distributors.
  • What is the warranty covered for a Wheeler bike?
    Basically you have full warranty rights within the first two years after purchasing. Please contact your dealer in the event of defects. Please pass to the dealer follwing information: model name, frame size, colour, frame no. (Serial No.) purchasing date with original receipt. This information is required for any kind of warranty claims.
  • Where can I find the serial number on my bike?
    The serial number will be printed on the Bottom Bracket (BB) of each Wheeler's bike. This is a very important number. Whenever you encounter a problem with your WHEELER Bike, please keep this number to get a fully support from WHEELER.
  • Is there a possibility to buy just frame kits from WHEELER?
    Sorry, we only provide a complete bike.

  • How do I find a WHEELER dealer ?
    Please find our authorized agents' list to locate the distributor that is nearby your place. They will provide you more detail about the dealer that are the most closest to you.
  • How can I become a WHEELER agent ?
    To become a Wheeler distributor, please send information including a brief paragraph detailing what you are looking for to our sales department at info@wheeler.com.tw. By getting the information, we will inform you the requirements and steps of becoming our distributors.
