With this model, Wheeler shows the difference between affordable and cheap. The bike's solid chassis consists of a lightweight aluminum frame with cunningly crafted dropouts and RST's «Trendy T8» suspension fork. Parts from various Shimano groupsets form the drivetrain, giving you a total of no less than 24 gears that can be shifted under load as well. In order to stop you in time if necessary the «Ecorider 2.3» comes with a pair of Shimano's powerful V-brakes. For your safety, the bike features Busch & Müller's strong halogen headlight, a backlight with parking light function and a reliable hub dynamo as well as tires with reflective sidewalls. Fenders and a carrier finish off the commuter package, and thanks to a suspended seatpost, a comfortable saddle and a pair of ergonomic grips, you even get an extra portion of comfort. As you see, the «Ecorider 2.3» has no shortcomings.
ON RST'S «TRENDY T8» SUSPENSION FORK, THE LIGHTCABLE IS BEING GUIDED NEATLY AND WELL PROTECTED THROUGH A CABLE CANAL, WHICH IMPROVES BOTH THE LOOKS AND THE FUNCTION.
