| The
«Hornet 20» offers many features of Wheeler’s top-of
the- line endure without burdening your budget too much. Nevertheless,
you do not have to do without the variable travel option, the
precious frame or Magura’s new «Louise »-discbrake.
Of course you also get the larger front rotor to be prepared
for long downhills. Except for the missing thru-axle, Marzocchi’s
«All Mountain»-fork is the same as on the «Hornet 10»,
and on Manitou’s new damper the pedal platform can be adjusted
simply – no tools or pump required, it’s done by hand.
Wheeler’s product managers have carefully balanced function
and affordability: Large-volume, yet lightweight Schwalbe tires
are mounted to Wheeler-branded rims to offer heaps of traction.
Thanks to the ergonomically proven Rapidfire-Shifters from Shimano’s
LX-groupset, you’ll never miss a gear change, as in the rear
an XT rear derailleur leads the chain over nine cogs. |

The rear triangle of all «Hornet »-frames
has become significantly stiffer – thanks
to rectangular stays and a larger contact
interface to the dropouts.
